From the first exposure to Watercolour media, Lynne Carmichael recognized that this was to be her medium.
The immediacy of watercolour has satisfied a need for spontaneity.
A background in working three-dimensionally is reflected in a strong
sense of form exhibited in her large freeform watercolour impressions.
She paints from an inner conviction of the need for connections between
the viewer and an artist's work.
